Michelle Cooper

Loan Processor
(509) 491-3200

A little bit about me.

After moving to the Tri Cities I worked as a realtor for a local homebuilder and loved working with buyers and gaining experience in all parts of the homebuying process. This introduced me to the mortgage industry and learning that I wanted to be involved on the lending side, starting out as a loan officer assistant before starting with DCM as a loan processor.

What are your favorite things to do outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy reading, hiking, crafting, traveling, and spending time with husband and my dog Lola.

What core values drive you?
The core values that drive me in my work are accountability and integrity. The homebuying process involves the coordination of many parties to get to the closing table and being a loan processor requires having the follow up and follow through to ensure an on-time closing.

What makes you excel in your position?
My work allows me to put my attention to detail and organizational skills to use; my goal is to make the home buying process as simple and stress-free as possible for everyone.

What is your favorite thing about living in Tri-Cities?
For me the best thing about the Tri Cities is being near the Columbia River, with the parks, walking and biking trails along the riverfront. There’s also so many great restaurants, breweries, and wineries; my favorites include Aki, White Bluffs Brewing, and Kiona.
